What is the implementation process with Zoomin?

Zoomin partners with you to achieve quick time to value (TTV). We kick off the implementation with a user journey workshop from which the site taxonomy and design is based. Zoomin then hands to you a fully branded self-service experience with security, entitlements, SSO and preferences configured. Once User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is complete you are set to go live!

Is Zoomin a fancy search solution?

Zoomin provides a highly effective and configurable unified search solution tuned for the complexities of technical product content built on industry-standard open source and AI-infused platforms.
But our primary focus is not search, it’s on content usability.
Zoomin improves the user experience beyond search, to make technical content more usable, personalized and engaging.

Specifically, we allow user to read the technical content directly where they are, without having to leave and go to another site or read through a PDF.
