Your Zoomin accounts may be secured by member-created passwords, in which case reasonable precautions and encryptions are used to ensure that your account information is kept private. You are responsible for keeping your passwords confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone and recommend that you keep your sensitive information private and secure. To the extent legally permitted, if the personal information related to you or any other information is accessed by an unauthorized third party, we will not be responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused as a result of such unauthorized access. We will not be liable for any loss or damage that arises as a result of your failure to protect any information, including without limitation personal information related to you.

We will need to ask you to provide us with credentials to verify your identity or authority, address your request, and confirm the personal data relates to you. Note that we will only use the personal data provided in your request to verify your identity or authority and address your request.
We will do our best to respond to your request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to an additional forty-five (45) days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.
